1 Contingent must only have 5 participant ( 4 Youth Participant + 1 National Leader)
The Group Must be representing : Government Department or Youth Organisation
Youth Participant Age : 17 years - 30 years old Only
National Leader Must be Below 45 Years Old

* The Programme Secretariat will only accepted the Pre Registration base on
First Come First Serve, when the Quota of 80 Participant is full we will close the registration.
* The Organizer will only sponsor Accommodation, Transportation and Food during the program only, The Organizer will not provide flight ticket for the participant.
